Welcome to the The Flying Monkey Pub in the historic Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio. Our cozy pub opened on November 14th, 2001. Handcrafted of 5 different american hardwoods, the pub was designed and built by artisan woodworkers and features a handlaid geometric bartop design, abstract inlaid tables, and custom routered hardwood trim and accent pieces throughout. The beautiful classic interior is complimented by  turn of the century belt-driven ceiling fans, original tin ceiling, and brazilian cherry hardwood flooring. The Flying Monkey Pub features 10 beers on draught, 24 imported bottled beers, a killer Martini Menu and 12 different wines by the glass and bottle.

Even though we got us a classy joint, we set out to be upscale, not uptight. The one thing that helps to keep us grounded is Nikko, our money-in-a-box over the bar. When you ask your bartender to "show me the monkey", you'll see why we'll never take ourselves too seriously. Our goal is to provide a warm, beautiful atmosphere for you to relax and have fun, and excellent libations from the friendliest, most talented bar staff in Cleveland. We love our customers and we love our staff. That's a lot of love.

Although we do not have a kitchen (yet), we have great neighbors with fantastic food. Our next door neighbor is Ty Fun (pronounced "typhoon") which serves up the best Thai food in the city. Our neighbor across the street, Fahrenheit, consistantly ranks as one of the best restaurants in Cleveland.
